Help with auto supports

Well i have finished working on my woodie and i want to do supports but it won't let me use auto supports and i dont know why, would it be possible for sombody to tell me why i can't and how i will be able to get it to work.

Ok....go into the supports at the top of the screen, and click on auto supports. Pick the style of supports you want (on the right side) and click "preview final quality" on the left side. If thats what you want, then click "generate final" on the left side. You can choose if you want wide supports, catwalks and other things by checking or unchecking them.

No I know how to do it it just won't let me, its not highlighted so I can't select it and also when i go to support generator it say 'None Avalable'

maybe the magicwood.dll file is missing from the plugins folder...
