donate $35, then you get to go on a staff vote, if they approve it, then you become a VIP. But first and first most we would have to ask you a couple of questions before sending in any money. After staff approves you, then the current CIP's would have to approve you, if either fails, then you don't become one and the money is non-refundable. We are trying to make some stuff VERY exclusive for VIP's and soon after I get some time, will have a section restricted only for VIP access.
