how do you terraform without using generator

i needta make a terrain like the terrain that the kennywood jack rabbit would have.

i guess use the generator to get one as similar as possible, then it's quite simply a lot of work from there on.

in NLE you go to terrain settings and change from no-terrain to low/med/high detail. go out and into 3d in NLE and press the button next to the "add scenery" tab that looks like a mountain with an arrow on it. drag and drop and the mountain goes up and down.
