What im trying to say is, Im really thinking of a coaster creation to make. Once I think if one, it turns out sloppy, very... very... very sloppy.

Would like some suggestions! :P

Well it depends on what you use to make coasters; if you use newton or FVD, your coasters will always turn out smooth and pump-free, at the expense of shaping. But they will come out more "disciplined". Handbuilding allows you to shape perfectly, but based on shape and not so much on forces. Your coaster might come out smoothly depending on how good you are with the program. For some people, handbuilt coasters come out normal and you can obviously tell it's handbuilt. But some people are very skilled with the program and the finished result almost looks force-based. For now I suggest you try and learn each manufactures style and nail them all before going back to attempting coasters. Once you perfect that you will be "on track" :D.

NL editor is force-based but you really need to pay attention on the speed and g force comb while you shape your elements to your liking!
Another tip, if you are trying to get a smooth element you'll notice that the debump tool could drastically change the original shape in those cases I add more vertex to keep my ideal shape.
Looking at the forces you should have a good balance of positive and null forces, think in advance what element you want next and connect each element with smooth transition don't let the track just going pointless between elements this will give you also a compact layout and not too spread out. Of course everything depends on the style and the manufacturer you chose.
To nail the supports the only thing is to understand how the real one works by looking at many pics ad you can if you can't study them at the parks.
My last suggestion is to make a coaster that you know well , ome that you have been on,(not a recreation) trying to emulate the speed sensation and the general shape.
With the due training anyone can make a good coaster, just be patient ask for feedback and do it as much ad you can, don't be afraid of making mistake because you can really learn a lot from them!!!

As a continuation of this point, what I do is design the layout shape, and insert additional vertices before depumping the track. This makes it quicker to design with less vertices, and keep the shape with those additional ones!

Well, in this case take what you think is useful and skip the rest. :P
Just train for a couple more months and I can assure you that will be much easier with NL2!
