Llamaboys Construction Thread-- Project 1977

Hi,
I plan to start work on a small family coaster soon, and would like your thoughts on what I have so far. My main goals for this project will be .3ds based, and I hope to have a relativity detailed surrounding area. Right now, though, all I have is the track.







Turns out working with these low speeds is difficult in FVD...
I'm also working on a comprehensive review of Busch Gardens Williamsburg which should be released soon.

Honestly do you need the FVD for a spinning coaster? It's not like laterals will be a super huge concern.

what are you planning for scenery? I think a laff track thing could be cool in NL2 if you can pull it off without the lights lagging it down

^ I've been meaning to do a racing theme for a while now. This might be a small scale test of that theme. I'm still trying to work out what a racing themed station will look like though. I also would like to have area music and a restaurant in the area around the ride.

^^^ I'm so bad at hand building. I've been using FVD programs for so long I can't even hand build anymore.

Looking good! Only problem is the part after the MCBR is a bit short, but that's fine really. Like the colors and I think you should leave them like that.

Invert looks good so far and reminds me of Silver Bullet. Maybe look at Raptor's final helix for inspiration on the best way to support it.

Worked on the support a little.

I'm at a decision point... I can release the ride as it is, or turn it into a park. I'm also not sure if it would be worth makinga video for it. What do you guys think?
