It does move. Right now it has a clown mask on the center of it on the top of the base for it.

^ It would be awesome to have a spooky Ferris Wheel with an enclosed building! Spooky effects in the darkness. I think your NL2 is also for such an amusing play!

I wonder if we can identify this K'nex Ferris Wheel with a Herman's big project. It's like recreating one K'nex model in NL2 as a fantasy ride!
