I have downloaded a couple of coasters for no liits which have transport/launch speed which exceeds the 200mph lmit. is there a way to get around the maximum speed limit when in track editor if so could someone please tell me.

Use the power tweaker, I believe it's in the Construction kit. If it's not, google for it.
