How do you put pics of your own tracks on nolimits devcenter? Do you have to sign up or something?

Yeah, use the signup form at the bottom of this page:

It'll give you your own page and then you can add projects and upload pictures of them.

"Track developers may sign up for an account, create projects, specify track types, development status, provide descriptions, and upload screenshots and other images which provide a preview of what's to come. After project information has been entered, the site will generate clean pages which showcase the author's work, and will provide the author with short URLs to share with others. "
