NoLimits Track Packager Problem

Ok so here is my problem:

Recently my hard drive crashed and I had a backup copy of No Limits. I then copied the entire NoLimits folder to where it used to be in my PC under program files. But then, when I installed the track packager it says, "Nolimits root folder not found", so I browsed and set my NoLimits root folder to "NoLimits Coaster V1.6" and it will work fine, but once I close and re-open the program, it no longer recognizes the root folder, and I have to select it every time I close and open the track packager. Any help in sorting this issue out would be appreciated, thank you.

You need to reinstall it to set the settings in the registry.
Copy and paste will not solve this problem.
