Video 201 and 301 are the same video on here. Is there an actual 301? I'd love to see it. I have learned soooo much from the 3 I have watched already.

Thanks!! I can't wait til the next one... Are they normally going to be Sundays when they happen? I would love to be part of them live but as a chef I work most nights including Sundays... Unless they happen after say 10pm eastern...then I'm there!

They usually are on random Sundays and start at like 11 am Pacific time - so 2pm Eastern I think!
