points problem

anyone getting this glitch again where sometime you post it doesn't give you points or is it just me it happen twice today and around 5 time last? im not sure if its just mine doing it right now

This problem doesn't ever happen.

it happen to me and rct3rox last night idk why its happening and some other people

I just want to clarify that If you edit a post you get '0' points.

I didn't hit edit I hit sumit and it happen im not sure if a bug that happens once in a while

Posting in the offtopic forum have had the point award disabled. That is the of cause of the 0 point award you see.

So far 7 of my post didn't get points so probably giving them to the wrong person lol

Certain Forums do not award points as they are not productive towards the community.

However, we recently started issuing points for users who upload images / track files / theming scripting files as attachments in the forum and not uploading them off-site. The award is 1 point per upload.

Expanding on Mikey's announcement of awarding attachments of scripts, files, etc, we'll be (me alone most likely) manually awarding additional points to people who post scripts and provide support for them. The amount of points awarded will vary and be based solely at our discretion. We may or may not notify you if we award the points.

You would receive +5 respect points if you improve your posts and maintain a reasonable quality.

Sorry for bumping an old topic, but one thing I've always wondered about the points system is why do people to have (at least) 2 points on hand to download a track when it only takes one point away?
