Rct3 Different Colors?

Does anyone know why you cant make trains different colors in Rct3???

another thing you could do on rct2 but not 3.....

you can paint the stock trains on most coasters,
but not on the 'costum' ones

same for rct2, example the 'koala'car for the reverse freefall, cant be colored either,
