I need to export the NL support beams to an .3ds or a .OBJ file. Is there any way i can do this?

You need the registered version of the Construction Kit, which, unfortunately, isn't for sale anymore.

ask someone who is registerd for their key, or google for a key, but both those options are illegal

^uhhhh yeah, so if it is illegal why would you even suggest that?
The better suggestion would be to just ask someone who has the full version of the Construction Kit to just do it for them.
