How do I make signs?

IF anyone can answer this question for me, that would be great. How do i make signs? If it's too complicated, then could someone help me out and help me make one? thanks a lot!

well, what to u mean by signs???

u mean like in most rides.. like in 'Mine Shaft', and other rides like that?

Those, uf u mean them.. are 3D objects... you can create them in any 3d program like 3d max, and similar. There r some free ones (ppl help me out, i forgot which ones..)
U create a box, and then add a texture to it, which is what u what u want your sign to be like... PM me if u want more info!
