Looking for someone to make me an Env

Ok, as the topic says i need and enviorment,

here are the things i need:
-no trees in the background
-i don't care what you do with the trees, just don't touch the palms and schrubs
-no mountains or what soever in the background
-world lightning (purple)
-sunset

I would do it for you, but I've kinda got a lot going on right now. I've got Speedway to finish, Iron Man's contest, and the last round of the official NL tournament after that. So if you still need this doing when all that's done, then I'd be willing to make the environment for you.

how do you make env files?
