Waits for Ka like fins to be added to top to remove this possibility....
Eh, too much effort for them to haul all that up a 400ft + tower.
That and they are simply too lazy to do it/They don't wanna spend the money on it.

You know, I love coasters, but I'm also scared of heights. At least on most coasters, though, you're only up really high for a few seconds.
