Its the scanner thing that you have to sign that does it for me. If only he were in a brown jumpsuit.

I realize there's really nothing about it that makes it funny. But easily amused, lack of sense of humor, whatever....for some reason I find it funny. Don't know why.
Oh there is definitely something that makes it funny:
