Does anyone know where I can find a free 3d software for No limits?
I have a mac 10.3.9 (Yes I know it's old) So I can't use Sketchup or Anim8tor. Please help me out thanks.

There really isn't a whole lot out there that isn't a trial version (and most trials don't export to the .3ds format you need for NL). The only thing I can recommend is upgrading your OS to something a bit more modern, and then use sketchup's pro trial. It's an 8-hour trial, but I think you can use it indefinitely as long as you don't quit the program, but that's just what happened to me.

But if you don't want to upgrade, I think Blender is your only option. http://www.blender.org/download/get-blender/

You might need someone to export your .blend (or some other file type that it does export to) as a .3ds.

It doesn't quite work like that due to codec reasons with blender. (Something about the exporter doesn't work.)

On a mac I can't help you because I don't use macs (or like them that much to be honest) but on windows, use blender to create your model, export the .3ds (without the camera or light selected) and import in Google sketch up. (Maybe you could import in anim8r and work that way but I haven't tried it.) Then once textured, export and there you go... a working 3ds.
