I'm not a server expert, but shouldn't they not be running at 105% CPU the entire time?

Its a little misleading, as there are 4 processors each capable of 100%, the graph would have to be at 400% to be at 100% CPU. I am working to fix this but the system doesn't adjust for multiple CPUs by default.

So then why is there really a need for new servers? I guess it has to be that they are old, not because they are working at 100% each.

Server hardware changes, software changes, if not for the advances in speed, but for securities sake we must upgrade. We got our moneys worth out of the last server, I imagine this one will last us quite awhile as well.
