PTR: Knott's 11/19/2013

It was a partly cloudy, partly sunny day at the old farm. Crowds were scarce and lines, well, what lines, lol. Making for a perfect day for snapping lots of pics and having a lot of fun with the family at "America's First Theme Park."

Did you like the changes made to log ride? Jayman found it was too fast to experience the new animatronics in it.

yeah, to be honest, the new scenes were cool, but, yeah, the ride moves a little too fast to really enjoy them. Also, I was kind of disappointed that Ghostrider was closed and Windseeker is under construction, again.

^ Windseeker to be relocated, which is why it's under construction again.

I always felt it was in an awkward location to begin with. Also, the sky cabin was open. First time in years I was able to ride it, much different without the parachutes dangling and distracting from the view.

Nice pictures dude and was Knotts Berry Farm America's first theme park? I dodn't know that. Thanks for sharing.

^and it may also be the smallest. Last time I was there the new coaster was the spinning ride, can't remember the name, but I didn't get to go on it since the line was 3 hours. And I haven't been on the log ride since I was a kid. It was closed when I was there. Nice to see it was updated and reopened.
