We're migrating stuff over to the new server and to prevent new uploads from being missed on the move, we are freezing uploads at the moment. So when you go to the upload page, you wont be able to upload.

Yeah Im aware, idk what the problem is. Might need a server restart to fix it. Other than that, you guys can upload tracks again.
