How to open this 'data' file to a NL2pkg?

The zip says "Spatial Experience.nl2pkg." It included a 115mb "file" I tried renaming the "file" to Spatial Experience.nl2pkg but when I opened it it said invalid package.

Something corrupted on the way to you. I'd redownload and if that fails, contact the guy who made it.
