What is some rides to just skip and where would be the best place to eat at there also I'll probably head to there waterpark too

Not sure about the eastern parks. Did SFMM on Mother's Day and Disneyland the day after a few years ago and waited no more than 12 minutes for any ride. Rode Ninja 32 times during the late afternoon and evening. Got off, walked around, and got on the next train. Very cool.

Get all the coasters, that should always be your top priority :P, everything else can be done if you get to it :D
