Custom-created objects or footpaths

I noticed in some of the parks I downloaded that there are custom objects or colour-changed footpaths.
I was just wondering, for the people who have done it how they did it. Also, is there a place to download them? Thanks! [:)]

there are thousands of sites that have stuff like this, the one above has some simple tutorials, and downloads of other people's creations, and tools to make your own.

No, I didn't make it. I think I downloaded a park with it and added it to my park.
