Need u help: Photogrammetry

Hi everyone !, I hope you are well. A long time ago I wanted to recreate some rollercoaster in NoLimits 2 and I found that there were people who occupy photogrammetry and I wanted to know if someone could help me use that.
Emphasize that my PC is not very good (I have the game with the graphics to a minimum).
