Help

I just got RCT3 a few days ago, brand new. It won't let me put in the cd key, i e-mailed the atari tech support but i have to wait up to 4 days on their work days(Mon-Fri) before I get a reply, anyone know of a way to help me out quicker than the people at atari.

i suggest going back to the store and get a new game box, the same thing happened to me and it worked for me . . . it was the wrong key . . .

Hmmm... It won't let you put in the cd key or doesn't it accept your typed cd-key?

It won't let me put in my cd-key:
Check if the keyboard and stuff is working and is connected.

It doesn't accept my cd-key:
Check if you didn't mistyped the CD Key, Maybe you saw something else then it actually is. Even re-check the key before pushing on enter...

Probably just a simple game defect. Take it back to the store for a replace. If the replace has the same problem, just call tech support until they answer.

well, first I am going to wait to atari's reply, I just wanted to know if there was a better faster way to fix, plus I already checked the troublshooter portion on it at atarisupport.com. just have to wait for their reply to find out.
