Rating doesn't respect the rating rules

This user rate my coaster without respecting the rating criteria. At least I would like to know a better description of each rating.

I wish people would realize "could be better" is just as vague as "looks good" or "this sucks." People are not mind readers.

^ I have a manager I'm sure you'd love. "could be better" is one of her most used lines, especially since she prefers to manage by leaving passive aggressive notes on everything.
