As it stands the 8 car trainer is the only one allowed

And remember, the trainer is ONLY allowed to be used to create a faster chain lift for a launched coaster.

Sorry, we're still waiting to get the rules posted. They should be up today or tomorrow, along with all of the other information you will need.

At least let us zero clearance, lower tracks to act as catwalks or whatever, and combine rides.

How about this. You can do everything in 8 cars except stuff that deals with money, time, ride ratings, and land owned.

sorry, Jcoasters, but not everyone knows how to use all the features of 8 cars per trainer. It would be awesome to use those features, but sadly it may be a bit unfair for the other more casual RCT2 players.

This is a warning though because if you do use the trainer for anything else other than the designed purpose, I will know because I will simply open up my trainer and check everything. Using a trainer other than the allowed feature will result in an automatic DQ from the contest.

As for the other things with the trainer. I will start each saved game as if it were brand new. All guests will be removed, all rides will be brand new, and the park will start at the beginning date.

Then there's people like me, who desperately want to use trainers, but can't because of windows vista

I was able to use trainers using Vista... you just dick around with the compatibility and make RCT2 and the trainer have administrator permissions.

Yeah, I have Windows 7. I downloaded it today and had to screw around a while to make it work right, but it works. rcking's got the right idea.
