(RCT3 AND SOAKED REQUIRED!) Key West Fair

Well, I'm taking a break on Scimitar, my latest NL project (more info on Scimitar at http://coasterfuel.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1489 )

I'm in the mood for making a Beach Front Fair. I don't know why, I just do. I will upload screenshots frequently, and I would like several people to comment on it, escpecially if it has the feel of a Fair. Woudl I need walls for the food stalls to make it look like a realistic fair?
