redownload nl

ok so about 3 days ago I wanted to get rid of a virus or two (12 of them actually lol) and so I used my handy dandy restore CD (deletes anything and everything on your computer exept for the things that were perinstalled) and so I need to redownload NL again (I saved all my data and whatnot), and when I went to the download link it said it expired![:O] so I was wondering if anyone knows how to get it back withought having to buy it again [xx(]

I'm not sure if I understand what you need but dont you still have the CD No limits send you in case you need to re-install?

There is no nl CD... Ive asked about the before. I need to re-instal the version you pay for because It got deleted along with everything else on my computer

the reason I asked is becouse when I need to re-install, When I originally got my NL, Element5/maddata sent me in the mail a registered CD of NL. So, I just when I re-installed ,I just did it with the CD.

Maybe e-mail NL on their website and see what they can do?

I dont know what system you use but I have a PC and the guy who built it for me showed me awhile ago that you can get your system to re-store itself back to the way it was before you got the virus.

Maybe you can find how to restore yours

I would suggest you mail Ole and prove that you bought a copy and then see if you can get another download link.

Fester, when did you buy your copy of NL? When I got mine it was through a download only and that was about a year ago.

I got it about two years. When i ordered online they asked for my address and they sent me the disk. When I put it in it ask for my username and a ID no# thats printed on the disk.

I thought everyone had one. If you want I can send you a picture of it. Just give me your e-mail and Tonight I can send you a pick[:)]

Contact NoLimits and send them all the info about yourslef that you can (meaning about NoLimits)especially if you have registration numbers/ order numbers and they'll send u a link but u need your original info still.

there was a choice to send the cd or not so i said "yes please"
and fester, the SYSTEM RESTORE works when you dont reformat (because you would have a point to go back to) and/or reinstall recovery CDs

and most viruses nowadays hide in your system restore folder (which virus scanners aren't aloud to scan), but you can tur off system restore and it will become scannable

I got it back now,thank god for customer support

It seems like now they send out a disk but when I purchased it they were just starting and there was no option for a disk, I had to make it myself![:)]
