Riding Rides

[:(!] I am having a hell of a hard time getting d/l's from here and from modstothemax to work in this game. What am I doing wrong (I d/l required files, which on its own can be quite a bit of work, Then open the exe. extracter. Which I think is supposed to put the files in the right place right?). I am using URCD and would like to get the whole experience of the rides that are made.
