Don't think I saw anything about this in the site rules but I feel the need to mention it anyway. I'm also not sure if I should post here or in feedback and suggestions.

I know it's a non-serious track worthy of a low rating but I feel like allowing people to rate the same track more than once is just asking for abuse. Those two 0.25 average ratings by the same person actually affected the overall score.
In addition, one of the rates is all 10's.
