How do I go about making 3D objects so they will scale to fit my ride. For example, I am trying to make a station right now and whenever I import the .3ds file into NL, it is always extremely small and I have to stretch it in NL. Is this the only way to get the station and other objects in proportion?

As far as i know scaling it outside of nl is even more effort.

I had this same problem. Just go into the editor and go to Options> Preferences and under 3ds Import uncheck "Auto Scale". Thank Gavg for showing me this.

That might work sometimes, but it will occasionally cause some really weird problems. Just be careful of it.
