Did you try and seeing if you had the file types set for "bmp."?

I'm not too familiar with Vista, all I know is that it hates NL.

Put NL and elementary in a folder thats not in Program files. The it works perfectly. Trust me. Vista hates programs putting stuff in the that directory and throws them into the virtual store directory.

The files will be in a directory like this.

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files

replace yourusername with your account name.

just curious, does NL work correctly for anybody who has vista? as in, your screenshots dont hide, and elementary and all those still work fine?

everything works fine here on vista.. NL, elementary, purg, AHG.

hmm is it vista ultimate? cuz nothing works correctly on here, everything hides or doesn't install correctly

It doesn't appear that Ole will ever release a patch to fix these compatibility issues that some people are having, since he apparently has a bug up his butt about Vista. A shame...
