Thanks guys! it was the cedarpont2 environment, i forgot to switch out of it when i downloaded Millenium Force.

Somehow the texture for the lift chain has been changed to a cable lift texture. Im not sure which downloaded coaster did that but it's on all my coasters. I'm also not sure where the texture s located. I would assume its in one of the .nlpx files in the data folder but i can't open them to be sure....

Whenever I try to run Nolimits on my new computer it says no 3d hardware acceleration. I have an EVGA 8800gts 512mb and can get 20-30 FPS on Crysis Very high with 2x AA. So i know my hardware is working but it won't run no limits. Any help on this?

I would recommend an Nvidia 8600GTS if your going for a budget card. It's cheap but it packs quite a bit of power.
