New graphics card suggestions?

Well iv been dealing with problems like this for about 1 1/2 years now and its really getting on my nerves.

The textures get all stretched out and some dissappear. Has anyone else had this problem?

Whats your system / os / graphics card?

Does this still happen when you twiddle around with the graphics settings?

more than likely your computer is out-dated

this normally happens when a graphic card burns out. Look into getting a new one, but make sure your power supply can handle it first.

once had this problem, new graphic drivers solved it, what kind of GPU do you have??

Alright im bringing this topic back because Im finally getting a new graphics card. I think it said I have have a NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS. What kind of card should I get?

I would recommend an Nvidia 8600GTS if your going for a budget card. It's cheap but it packs quite a bit of power.

Ugh, there is a lot into buying a video card:

1. PCI or PCIE or PCIE 2.0?
2. Power Supply requirements?
3. Which volts on what rail?

If 2 or 3 are larger than what your computer is, your motherboard could break
