I use Final Cut Studio Pro, it's a pretty easy thing to use, I don't know the "Express" version but in the pro version you would have to select your rush in the timeline then right click and select "speed". I recently switched to mac. I have a windows NL License so I have to use a BootCamp partition to use nolimits on Windows, this is the best way for a mac user to have access to all the NL tools.
