Final Cut Express 4

Does anyone know how to slow-mo/ fast forward in fce4?

I've searched everywhere for a video or an explanation but I can't find one.

No idea, Sony made it easy for me.. I have Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 7.0
It even has built in video tutorials about anything you might not know how to do.

I had thought about getting Final Cut a while back but many people seem to have issues with things that shouldn't be hard to do.

I use Final Cut Studio Pro, it's a pretty easy thing to use, I don't know the "Express" version but in the pro version you would have to select your rush in the timeline then right click and select "speed". Then just redefine the duration of your rush. But I don't know if that's the same in the express version.
