Sure you can! It's just if you're learning it might be easier to focus ALL your time on ONE coaster to make it the best you possibly can.

i like to make coasters alot...

NL is a one of my hoobys

And I agree with calaway park, To start learning NL, it's best focus on 1 coaster then work your way up.
