Shiny effect possible?

Hello, I have a small question. I make a CC boat car for a custom track. the question is do you see in the picture a shiny effect on the boat through the water. how do I get this effect in nolimits 2. What are the options above. thank you in advance

What did you use to make the boat? Blender? Sketchup?
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

you can make a .NL2mat and add 'faked reflections' play around with that for a while. also there is the shine effect.
