As for the name. I think if your going to go with that then just name it "Asshole Ride"...Pain+Black+Hole=Sounds like an Asshole to me.

There are a few more pics of a transition like that. Just use one track segment from no bank to whatever your is, and have the whole thing straight from the above view. Use no leadin for the turn. Looks pretty accurate so far though.
