I have been working on the batter bracing on this Teach Me How To Date coaster.

At first when I saw "Teach Me How to date" and how the author was cool5 I totally thought this topic would be something else.

You need to let the batter rise overnight in a cool dark place (minimum of 8 hours) before it will correctly support a wooden coaster. 10 hours minimum for steel. Then 2 hours in a 375 degree oven should do it.
Be sure you're not looking in a mirror before you start pointing fingers.
