The trouble with transistors...

Hi all,

From what I've read here in the past few days, there seems to be quite a few people who are uncertain of what I would consider basic maintenance on their computers.

This post is just to let y'all know, I'm a techy by trade so if any of you are having problems, feel free to drop me a line and I'll see if I can find the time to help you out.
