hmm I just deleted the ratings of one user and perhaps the rating you are referring to was made by said user so I cannot determine if the rating left is the one you are referring to?

yes, apparently so. There was a '10' where the person admitted in the rating that he didn't even own Scream Machines and just rated it because it looked cool in the picture.
