i have recently heard that you change can your coaster to 3ds, then make objects and it becomes much easier that way, is this true? and if so can somebody do it for me? (the changing of the coaster to 3ds not the object making)

yes its true, you can do it with the construction kit, its not for sale anymore, ask an older member.
