Trying to load 3ds ferris wheel with editor.

I have this 3D Japanese Ferris wheel that I have downloaded and am trying to load with the No limits editor. I have animator but it wont view a 3ds version of the object like the No Limits editor. I get a 'could not load track" error when opening the 3ds file with No limits Editor. Here are two picture of the problem.
