Shoot ... you got a rate from Real!! (Most likely as your screenshot is wonderful and really drives folks in (I'll be rating it in a few)) .... be happy you a well-established designer who was willing to be THAT honest with you - take the remarks, and improve on your next one.

Real did explain it well

There ya go. Yea, not to say that I am that picky with what I rate, I sometimes just randomly pluck stuff out and rate it. But I do try on every ride I rate to give some actual tips and feedback so you can fix it, or, on your next ride avoid the problems.

Dont take the whole numbers thing so seriously. Its just a website like others, that gives you a cute little jpeg picture of a medal.

I dont have a set method, but support hits (vary by size of infraction) from 0.5 to 1 point and if theres a ton, Ill just mark down what I feel appropriate. I rate ALWAYS subjectivly, meaning, well established designers I put under more scrutiny than less established ones. Also for people I know that know how to fix problems, I dont offer as much advice if I know they will understand me.

I could be more thorough if you want me too, but the score will remain the same.

Although Real was perhaps a little critical IMO, he has thoroughly explained his position, and given ample reason why he rated as such. Bottom line: the rating stays. The numbers are not what a rating is all about, and this one was well explained and gave plenty of improvement tips and helpful insight.
