I need help to put the video I made on my computer, I have some software Bestbuy gave us for the Camara but it dosen't work.

I was wondering if there is another way to put the video on the computer. If you guys can help me I'd like that alot.

Btw, the Camara is a JVC Digital video camara.. model #GR-D74U.

If it came with a USB cable you can load the video that way.

Yeah, I have a USB cable for it, but I can't find the right program to load it on to.

If you are running XP, chances are hooking it up through the USB ought to find the camera and have a driver that at least works it, if anything, ought to show up as an additional drive that data can be extracted from.

There ought to be a way to find a driver through the JVC support pages if the software is not working, and provided your computer does not pick it up.
