My trip to USO and IoA/SWO

Well, my little sister has a volleyball tournament at Wide World of Sports, and I have a four day weekend, so it only seemed fair that I should take advantage of the good weather and small crowds. Will have photos of this trip up later on.

This will be something new for me because I will update my trip as I go. For example, I am currently waiting in the 45 minute line of H:RRR. The Xpress Line thing cannot be used on this ride yet plus the singles line isn't open yet.

Yes, that line is open. But due to confusion of the main entrance they only let people through when you ask for it. Walk up to the employee at the entrance and say your a single rider and want to go into the single riders queue. [;)]

Update, I just got off the ride. It was a blast actually. I was surprised by the forces! Anyway, Dirk, the single line wasn't open. I did ask the employee there and he was told not to allow any single riders yet. Anyway, the line is open now, so I will probably guy it again at night. Now, I am on my to Mummy.

Oh, and my song was "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" by Daft Punk.

Update, just finished Mummy. I literally walked right onto the ride! Ha ha. Anyway, I am going to ride it again and then head over to IoA.

Update, just got off Hulk. Love this ride! Still running smooth after all these years! Still notice that weird lead-in into the helix before the final brake though...

Well, I got an Xpress Line Pass and rode Dr. Doom's Fear Fall then spent a little longer than I should have time in the arcade there. Won 2600 tickets, lol. Stopped for lunch at this Blondie deli and ordered a dagwood sandwich. May head over to Dueling Dragons next and take some pics of GHarry Potter World.

Yes, I am sending updates by my phone and will upload pics later. Just rode Fire side of DD; I forgot how forceful that ride is! That second immellmann was killer! Getting ready to go on Ice now, but it looks like that side just broke down...

Update, it is official. Ice side of DD broke Down! But there is some good new. The female operator is saying some pretty funny things to lighten things:
"Ice, ice dragon"
"I said it's cold down here. There must be some ice up in the atmosphere"
"Rawr"

Update, ice side finally reopened! However, it ran very rough. It jerked on nearly every turn. Heading over to Hulk again for one more ride then off to USO for an hour or so.

Well, sorry for the huge delay in udpates, by my phone decided to act like SkyLindlar and become a useless brick... So, here's what happened after DD. I headed through Suess Landing, and went on the two main rides there before heading over to Hulk. Oddly, the Hulk also was broken down for a while, but just reopened when I got there, so there was no line at all! After the Hulk, I went over to the Spiderman ride, had a fun time, then headed over to USO again. At USO, I wanted to get in line for H:RRR again, but the wait was an hour, and I had to catch a bus a little bit before an hour, so I passed that up and instead went on Mummy again and the Simpsons Ride, which was actually very enjoyable. Anyway, I ate too much, screamed to much, and walked a lot, so I am sick, horse, and tired now as predicted... Will try to upload some pics for you all to like...

Oh, and Mikey, are you serious about that complaint or are you just being sarcastic? Yeah, Ice side was unbelievably rough for a B&M... which is weird since Fire is smooth as glass.

Decided to make a second post because I will be posting about my trip to SWO from here on out. Anyway, expect the new updates I did for USO/IoA for this park also. Can't wait to ride Manta again, lol.

Update: YAY, Manta broke down! Also, Journey to Atlantis is closed for annual maintenance. Only ride open is Kraken...

Update: Just finished riding Kraken twice. Got a good ride in front and last row. Still haven't seen Manta run a train yet.

Update: I just caught a video of a train being loaded out from the holding area. Also, the ride has just begun testing! But, the employees told me the ride won't open for an hour.

Update: Just took some more pics and even got an awesome video of one train stopping at top of lift and another one of the train testing after being stopped at MCBR! The water jets aren't calibrated to the train when the ride tests from the MCBR so they shot out faster than the train's travelling speed.

Update: MANTA IS OPEN! I got front row right away and had an awesome ride. I'm getting in line again for a last row spot, then going to grab a bite to eat. Today has turned out to be a great day after all, and I got some incredible footage of Manta!

Update: After eating, I wandered around the park and into an arcade near the Happy Harbor area, won like 1500 tickets, and got some large stuffed squirrel, lol. I decided to buy a Quick Queue pass for the remainder of the day because there were long lines by then. I got two rides in on Manta in the back and middle rows then got two rides on Kraken which was completely empty in the back row. I met these two girls close to my age who wanted to hang out with me for a short while. Found out later they were going out together, lol. Unfortunately, I was hoping to spend a little more time at the park, but my mom called saying we had to leave for back home. So this concludes all my updates for this trip, and I will work to get pictures up soon.

Yes, but there is an update that made your post false, lol. Anyway, I'm still working on getting my pics uploaded... This will be my first time uploading pics here and it is something I need to learn while I'm doing it.
