VIP's ,Premium Users and Mods - Error Fixed

I fixed the message you guys received when changing themes. It would tell you that you weren't a vipor premium user. I never noticed it, well, because I am awesome and have both titles but noticed the error after one of the premium user's brought it up and all is fixed now. Enjoy!

I always wondered, how do you become a premium member? Is there like a monthly fee, one time pay deal or something? I looked around in the forums a few times but didn't really find anything about 'premium' members. I only ever heard about it before because it refers to them on the front page about changing themes.
